Decent option for a weekend break in Memphis with good value. Very comfortable beds.

Despite some cleanliness issues, I found the location of La Quinta By Wyndham Memphis Primacy Parkway convenient with great dining options nearby. The friendly staff made my stay enjoyable even though the room needed updating. The fitness facilities were a plus for my marathon training.

It was a convenient base for our quite comfortable stay.

The hotel is clean with incredible staff members. The best thing is location - short walk to Happy Mexican and the Zoo. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is great.

The staff were friendly, but the cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. Mold in the bathroom, broken fixtures, and unkept hallways detracted from the decent location. However, the price was fair and convenient amenities were close by. It's a mixed bag, so manage expectations accordingly.

At the beginning the guy at the front desk couldn't find my reservation, he was a bit indifferent, but after I practically beg, he helped my calling booking, whom, btw were great and solved the situation

The lobby was fine, and the area was nice with plenty of nearby restaurants. Quick and easy check-in process. However, the hotel had maintenance issues, disorganized staff, and uncomfortable rooms. Unprofessional management and overpriced for the quality received. I regret staying here and would not recommend it to others.

Staff was great and extremely helpful. Needed to stay over longer than expected. Staff very accommodating with extended stay.

Breakfast was scarce. Heating in room did not work; had to be moved to different room.

Just stayed at a hotel in central Memphis! Staff was friendly & location was perfect! My dog LOVED it! The room needed work though. Would stay again. Photos make it look better.

When we came back to the hotel the last night we were unable to get into the door to the hotel my son had to go around to let us in, when we got to our room we were locked out, I went to the front desk and ask what happened he said I don't know he rekeyed our keys and we got into the rooms just to find out that the housekeeping staff had not cleaned our rooms and when we reported it they were suppose to credit the last night we stayed, I'm not sure that happened. We didn't even have clean towels to take a shower the next morning the trash cans were overflowing. The front desk clerk was very nice but was unable to help us in anyway, he gave us the cell number of the manager. When we call him he said he was sorry and they were having issues with the housecleaning, he said he would credit the last night for us, we were in room 600 and 602.

The location of this place is great, it's very close to the attractions and nearby hospitals.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cozy, and the heater worked great during an ice storm power outage in Memphis. I appreciated the sunny terrace for chillin' and the well-kept outdoor swimming pool⛱️. The only downside was the delayed breakfast setup, which didn't affect my overall pleasant stay.

During our recent stay at this hotel for a business trip, we found the location to be convenient as it was centrally located. The hotel's proximity to various dining options and a peaceful nearby attraction added to the convenience of our visit.
